Best experience with a car dealership I've ever experienced. I went by after hours to compare a couple of vehicles on the lot. I was greeted by Andrea Watson, the Finance Director as she was leaving for the day. Extremely nice and provided a lot of information in just the 15 minutes we spoke. Went in the next day and purchased my last new vehicle. Makayla (sales person) was very sweet and knowledgeable with helping get everything set up (Iphone, OnStar, etc).

We had an excellent car buying experience at Ginn. Michaela is an amazing sales representative. She took the time to answer all of our questions and showed us the options in each vehicle we drove. She is friendly and goes above and beyond for her customer. Even so far as to drive to Atlanta to get the right vehicle for us. Andrea is the best finance director we've ever had. Being from out of state, there were a lot of extra forms. Andrea took the time to explain the process and made sure we understood every step. She worked very hard to get us a great deal on financing with the options we were most comfortable with. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and personable. Alot of car dealerships are about profit. Ginn is family owned and every interaction is about the customer.

Been going to Ginn for several years now. I don’t have any real issue with the service on my wife’s Cadillac which needed some service. Yolanda is a great ambassador for them as a service writer and keeps me informed. My only issue with Ginn and most Chevy dealers is that once past a certain age they don’t provide service. So if someone has a vintage Chevrolet, service has to come from independent service providers and such is the case with me. Once past about 10 years, you’re on your own to find services.

5-Star Experience at Ginn Chevrolet in Covington, GA! I recently had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ginn Chevrolet in Covington, and I highly recommend John Balfour and Andrea Watson to anyone looking for a vehicle and, more importantly, a dealership experience built on trust and honesty. I originally went to Ginn Chevrolet’s service department after spending money at several different shops trying to figure out why the ABS and Traction Control lights on my Chevy Malibu would not go off. After a diagnostic, I was unfortunately told that the GM part needed to repair my Malibu was no longer being manufactured, making the vehicle unrepairable. When I went to pick up my Malibu, I decided to explore trading it in. I was immediately greeted by John, who listened to my situation, was extremely patient, and worked hard to find a vehicle and deal that worked for me. I told John I wanted to shop around, and he completely understood. A couple of days later, I decided to return to Ginn Chevrolet and called John. Even though he was about to leave for the day, he stayed late specifically to help me finish the deal on the brand-new 2026 Chevy Trax I had previously test-driven. John then connected me with Andrea who was already familiar with my situation. Andrea worked incredibly hard to get me the best possible deal, including working on the trade-in value of my Malibu. She stayed late, was constantly working on our behalf, and helped bring my potential payment down from over $800 a month to under $800. When my fiancée and I finally sat down with Andrea, she was extremely transparent, honest, and down-to-earth. She made it clear that she genuinely values her customers and that we were more than just a number or a sale to her. She explained how the deal could help us build our credit over time and assured us that we could come back to her whenever we needed anything. That level of honesty and personal attention meant a lot to us. I left Ginn Chevrolet feeling like I had not only purchased a new car, but also established relationships with people I can trust. John and Andrea are the two people I will be asking for when I return to Chevrolet in the future—and when the time comes for me to purchase my Corvette, I already know who I’ll be looking for! My experience was very good. JJ and Andrea in finance were top notch. Felt very welcomed from start to finish. The only thing that was concerning was there were swirl marks in the paint of my brand new Blazer. Lots of them!! That told me it went thru a Non touchless car wash before I receive it. I only hand wash my vehicles so I have to spend more money for some paint correction. I am very anal of my cars especially new ones.

Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Drove in and explained what I needed and was escorted to parts department.
