We had a great experience from start to finish with the collision center/body shop. A bad day for a deer but a good day for us when our insurance company listed Ginn as a preferred provider. Our truck looks brand new. Michelle, Sean and Vickie (along with the rest of the team) were very helpful, dealt with the insurance company and kept us well informed throughout the process.

No one goes to a service center happy because your vehicle is broken, but Ashley and the other people we interacted with were kind and professional. He knows his vehicles and he made me very comfortable as a woman going into Ginn chevrolet dealership. I was very intimidated, but my sales representative Mr. Henderson & Mrs Andrea the finance director. Made my experience very relax, I felt I was part of the family. A loyal customer for years, retired and trusted Ginn with servicing my vehicles. The service manager had been being friendly/understanding. The check engine light came on and being my only means of transportation, I was at the service department when it opened. It had already been serviced early this year replacing the gasket. I paid for a water pump that I don't know if I really needed, quoted that would owe $5124.16 to replace it and that might not be the problem. Service was great. Michelle was amazing in the body shop. The only thing I can say that I was not happy with… when I got back in my car there had been several different people that had connected to my WiFi. It took me forever to get them deleted. Also they reset my best and average mileage that we had been keeping for 2 years now. Overall great service.

Me and my husband went friday to look for me a truck. Autumn was our sales lady and she was great. Answered any and all questions that we had and super sweet. The Service Dept and Body Shop did a great job on repairs to my Tahoe. I have brought my Tahoe to this dealership because their turn around time is so much better than other dealerships for warranty work.

Purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger. Did an all over engine inspection prior to purchase. Drove home oil leaking in various places. Contacted dealer. Basically said you bought it you own it. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable dealer. I do not recommend Ginn Chevrolet. I’m stuck with a vehicle dripping oil. Absolutely terrible dealership.

It's awesome someone else had came in trying to buy My car that I was on the way to pay for and pick up and I prayed they wasn't able to get it'. The salesman told the guy that he could not hold it' until Saturday because he had another customer that could buy it now. So I got to drive it home the next day after it got cleaned up. I will be returning. For maintaince.

I recently experienced a complete engine failure with my 2022 6.2-liter GMC Sierra while driving on the interstate. The situation was incredibly stressful, but Ashley Martin at Ginn Chevrolet made all the difference. From the moment my truck arrived, Ashley handled everything with exceptional professionalism, immediately putting me at ease during a difficult time.
The engine failure was covered by a recall, and GM took care of replacing both the engine and radiator at no cost to me. Ashley ensured I was provided with a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be left stranded while my truck was being repaired.
