The only thing I can say that I was not happy with… when I got back in my car there had been several different people that had connected to my WiFi. It took me forever to get them deleted. Also they reset my best and average mileage that we had been keeping for 2 years now. Overall great service.

Me and my husband went friday to look for me a truck. Autumn was our sales lady and she was great. Answered any and all questions that we had and super sweet. If you go there to buy a vehicle ask for autumn. Our finance lady was Andrea and she was great as well. Very sweet and she answered any and all questions we had as well. The Service Dept and Body Shop did a great job on repairs to my Tahoe. I have brought my Tahoe to this dealership because their turn around time is so much better than other dealerships for warranty work.

Purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger. Did an all over engine inspection prior to purchase. Drove home oil leaking in various places. Contacted dealer. Basically said you bought it you own it. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable dealer. I do not recommend Ginn Chevrolet. I’m stuck with a vehicle dripping oil. Absolutely terrible dealership.

It's awesome someone else had came in trying to buy My car that I was on the way to pay for and pick up and I prayed they wasn't able to get it'. The salesman told the guy that he could not hold it' until Saturday because he had another customer that could buy it now. So I got to drive it home the next day after it got cleaned up. I will be returning. For maintaince.

Great customer to Deon and Andrea! Deon went over and beyond to help me find my second car that I have purchased through him. He stopped at nothing to make sure I could get what I wanted and was very honest through out the whole process. I recently experienced a complete engine failure with my 2022 6.2-liter GMC Sierra while driving on the interstate. The situation was incredibly stressful, but Ashley Martin at Ginn Chevrolet made all the difference. From the moment my truck arrived, Ashley handled everything with exceptional professionalism, immediately putting me at ease during a difficult time.
The engine failure was covered by a recall, and GM took care of replacing both the engine and radiator at no cost to me. Ashley ensured I was provided with a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be left stranded while my truck was being repaired.

This place is great! Dealer got me looking at a special price. I came in and met with Carolyn Molina. Micheal Mann worked with me until I was at the location and on the actual deal. Charlie made me a custom video to point out defects and did a ride along test drive to show me the car via a personal video. just wanted to express my appreciation for the help & information that mr. charlie shared with us in buying our chevy traverse. very satisfied.
My jeep was in the shop for 35 days. No one called me to update me on the status. Every time I called there were a million excuses. They they charged my insurance company twice as much by putting mediocre parts on my jeep. I will wrote a review on google and every other platform that I could to let them know what horrendous service your company offers.

My 2023 Cadillac CTS has been in your service department since Dec. 16, 2025. I really don't know what's wrong. I sent it in for a simple small oil leak. After that i brought it home and it started skipping and jerking. I had to take it back before i could get it home 3 times.
