The App that is used to check on your vehicles progress needs updating. As I was waiting for my Tahoe to have tires and alignment the app was always in inspection mode. It never moved to servicing or complete. If you want the customer to use this service please make sure it works.

Quick and simple oil change and tire rotation. They've started charging a 3% fee if you pay with a credit card. Debit cards and cash have no fees but you will need to get out of your vehicle to enter your PIN if using a debit card.

I have bought 2 new trucks from Ginn and they have been good vehicles. 2006 and 2018.
We had a great experience from start to finish with the collision center/body shop. A bad day for a deer but a good day for us when our insurance company listed Ginn as a preferred provider. Our truck looks brand new. Michelle, Sean and Vickie (along with the rest of the team) were very helpful, dealt with the insurance company and kept us well informed throughout the process.

I was there twice in two weeks at the service center. The service crew is wonderful. No one goes to a service center happy because your vehicle is broken, but Ashley and the other people we interacted with were kind and professional. A loyal customer for years, retired and trusted Ginn with servicing my vehicles. The service manager had been being friendly/understanding. The check engine light came on and being my only means of transportation, I was at the service department when it opened. It had already been serviced early this year replacing the gasket. The only thing I can say that I was not happy with… when I got back in my car there had been several different people that had connected to my WiFi. It took me forever to get them deleted. Also they reset my best and average mileage that we had been keeping for 2 years now. Overall great service.

Purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger. Did an all over engine inspection prior to purchase. Drove home oil leaking in various places. Contacted dealer. Basically said you bought it you own it. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable dealer. I do not recommend Ginn Chevrolet. I’m stuck with a vehicle dripping oil. Absolutely terrible dealership.

It's awesome someone else had came in trying to buy My car that I was on the way to pay for and pick up and I prayed they wasn't able to get it'. The salesman told the guy that he could not hold it' until Saturday because he had another customer that could buy it now. So I got to drive it home the next day after it got cleaned up. I will be returning. For maintaince.
