Purchased my vehicle from Ginn in 2019, Ginn Chevrolet does not have a qualified Allison transmission specialist on staff to provide warranty service and work was recommended to try another dealer for warranty repair with no further assistance. My vehicle is still not working properly due to transmission issues that was stated by non qualified service technician would have to go to a specialist for repair under warranty. No assistance was provided to relocate my vehicle without causing further damage. Very nice people! Went to get transmission fluids changed and they offered us a ride home and back for free! Actually not sure if it was free lol as I didn't pay my step father did but I believe it was free and it was very nice service to have as we didn't haft to wait hours at the shop. Mechanics don’t put stuff back how it was. A/c controls changed. My front bumper, fender flare, shift boot and center console were not completely snapped back in place correctly. Service fee continues to go up as well.

Philip has helped me with my dream of owning an EV for the last year as I looked at all the features, models, etc. The new EV Equinox was a no brainer since I love my 2012 Equinox! Deon was a great salesperson. Answering all my questions… what type of charging port, what type of charger, how to adjust the charging ability from 80% to 90% for trips, etc. what he did not know he would quickly find out.
UPDATE 2: I got my traverse back two days later. No charge. Of course there’s a but though. On my way home my driver side fender flare flew up while i was driving home from the dealership. So not only was the fender flare not put back properly, but my bumper wasn’t pushed all the way in next to the headlights. Also the shifter boot and the center console was not put back correctly as you can see from the gaps in the picture. My a/c controls were changed as well. I don't have a issue with the service department as much as the vehicle itself. I keep having Issues with the vehicle. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle and have had issue after issue. I'm really concerned about the infotainment system as it keeps cutting out and coming back on after hours of nothing. On top of that now the Onstar system has stopped working. This is the third time the truck has been in the shop and now I have come back again?

In April of this year, I bought a 2017 Dually Truck from this dealer. 3 Months later I decided to sell my truck for family reasons. I tried to sell my truck 3 different times and each time other dealers told me something is wrong with the title. the last dealer printed out the carfax report and it said (BRANDED TITLE - BUYBACK\LEMON) I went back to Ginn and explained that the truck is showing up with a branded title and it wasn't on the original carfax report when I bought the truck. My daughter carried her Chevy Cruise to the shop just over a year ago and they said that the turbo was bad and replaced it. We took our car there to have them run it through a fuel pressure check, check codes, check battery, and then change spark plugs as we had an occasional slow crank starting. After 24 hours without hearing anything back from them, we called them, and we were told that the technician took it out for a drive, and could not replicate problem. They do not do work on time, do not contact customers with information in a timely manner, do not work with the specific needs of customers, and create an environment that puts customers at the bottom of their priorities.
